Vault for brokers

Send the pack to the lender, not to the whole chain.

Bank statements, valuations, policy schedules and client financials get forwarded down a chain you never see. Vault gives each side its own link, pasted into the thread you are already on, and takes it back when the deal moves on.

You have seen every one of these.

  • A client's bank statements end up on a laptop at a firm you were never introduced to.
  • The underwriter's assistant needs the file and the only fix anyone knows is forwarding it again.
  • A case falls through and the documents you sent six weeks ago are still live somewhere.

How a document goes out from here.

  1. 01

    Upload the document

Drop in the PDF or Word file, up to 20 MB. Send one, or put up to 20 on the same link — you pick the set, so nothing rides along by accident.

  2. 02

    Say who can open it

Type the addresses, or allow a whole domain and let everyone behind it in. Set the expiry in the same breath.

  3. 03

Paste the link into your reply

Copy the link and paste it into the email thread you were already writing. No invitation to send, no account for them to create.

  4. 04

    Change your mind later

Add an address, drop one, or revoke the whole thing, and it lands on their next click. The expiry is the one choice you make up front and keep.

What you keep once it has gone.

The link answers to you for as long as it exists, and stops existing the moment you decide it should.

Only people you named get in

A link cannot exist without an allowlist. Name individual addresses, allow a whole domain, or both. Everyone else lands on a page that tells them nothing about the document.

The link expires when you say

Pick 7, 30, 90 or 365 days when you create it, or no expiry at all. After that the link is dead, including for the people who already opened it.

Revoke works on the next click

Revoking kills the link, every live session and every outstanding code in one transaction. Edit the allowlist instead and the change lands just as fast.

A view log that names them

You see the link was opened; from the moment someone puts an address in, every step after it — code sent, failed, denied, verified, viewed, downloaded — is written down against that address.

Forwarding gets nobody in

The URL is not the credential. Whoever holds it still has to be on your list and still has to prove the address is theirs, and that is re-checked on every request.

Built for the people who send the same documents every week.

Questions from people who do this job.

Can two parties get different access to the same document?

Yes. Create a link per party from the same stored file, each with its own allowlist and its own expiry, and revoke one without touching the other.

How long can a link stay open?

Seven, thirty, ninety or three hundred and sixty-five days, or no expiry at all where the relationship is ongoing. You can revoke at any point either way.

What does a recipient see before they verify?

Your firm's branding and whether the link is live, revoked or expired. The file's name, size and contents stay hidden until they have proved the address is theirs.

Send the next one as a link you can take back.
