AnySign Invoicing

Invoices that look designed, and chase themselves.

Build it in a minute, send one hosted link, and watch it move from sent to viewed to paid. Money is integer cents, the schedule bills itself, and every event lands in the same ledger as your agreements.

TRY IT

Build an invoice. Watch it add up.

Pick a template, change a quantity, add tax. The preview is the page your customer would open, and the maths is the product's own, in integer cents.

THE LOOP

From draft to paid, without the reminder emails.

Everything between send and paid.

An invoice is a promise you have to keep chasing. These are the parts of AnySign that chase it for you.

Line items that add up

Line items, tax and discounts computed live as you type. Money is integer cents end to end, never a float that rounds the wrong way.

One hosted link per invoice

Your customer opens a tokenized page, sees the invoice, downloads the PDF and pays with Stripe. No account to create, nothing to log in to.

Statuses that mean something

Sent, viewed, partially paid, paid, overdue. Each one is a fact the system recorded, not a flag somebody remembered to set.

Recurring, on your cadence

Define the schedule once. AnySign generates, numbers and sends each invoice on the day you set, then tracks it to paid.

Templates and customers

Reusable invoice templates with your line items baked in, and a customer record that carries across invoices and envelopes alike.

The same audit trail

Every send, view and payment is an event in a hash-chained log, so a finance question in six months has a plain answer.

MONEY THAT RECONCILES

Every cent has a receipt.

Amounts are integer cents from the line item to the ledger, so nothing rounds the wrong way. Payments are collected by Stripe on the hosted page, and each send, view and payment is an event in the same hash-chained log your envelopes use.

  • Integer cents end to end: no floats, no drift
  • Stripe collects the payment; the invoice flips to paid on confirmation
  • invoice.sent, invoice.viewed and invoice.paid arrive as signed webhooks

FROM CODE, OR FROM YOUR AI

Invoices are four lines of code.

Invoices are resources on /v1/invoices: create one with line items in integer cents, send it, and the hosted pay link comes back in the response. Your agent drives the agreement side over MCP, and a signed webhook posts the paid event into your stack.

  • POST /v1/invoices, send, void and fetch the PDF — money is integer cents, never a float
  • Webhooks for sent, viewed, partially paid and paid, with idempotent retries
  • MCP server sends the envelope that kicks the invoice off. Nothing destructive.

Invoicing is free while AnySign is in beta: 50 invoices a month, with recurring schedules, templates, reminders and the API, and no card required.

What the beta includes

Invoicing questions.

How do customers pay?

Through Stripe, on the hosted invoice page. They do not need an AnySign account and never see a login screen.

Can I use invoicing without the signing side?

Yes. The two share customer records but stand on their own. Send invoices without ever creating an envelope.

What happens with a partial payment?

The invoice moves to partially paid and shows the balance outstanding. It becomes paid when that balance reaches zero.

Are recurring invoices really sent on their own?

Yes. Set the cadence and the next date. AnySign issues, numbers and sends each one on schedule and tracks it to paid.

Is there an API for all of this?

Everything on this page is a resource on /v1: customers, invoices, templates and webhooks. The dashboard is one client of that API.

The next invoice you send could pay itself.
